Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Excellent breakfast selection. 24/7 complementary self-serve coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water bar in the lobby. Smart tv’s in the rooms. Quiet, clean hotel.

The staff at the front desk is professional and pleasant. The entrance is clean and the room also. No issue with parking. The breakfast was great, and you have a variety to choose from. I found a great place to stay for my next trip!

Checked in was easy and they were nice,,,,did not go to the room right then went to grab a bite to eat then we went to the Hard Rock for they day as we planned...got back to the hotel 1am the room smelled mildew and moldy went to let the front desk know the night clerk had an attitude...i ignored it she gave us another rm on the first floor toilet was broke found that out when we woke up that morning would no flush had to poor water in the bowl to get it to flush they sent maintenance quick response....checked out the clerk was apologetic...

The hotel was very clean and the staff was sweet but the air conditioning in the room did not work well. The room was so hot. Not a good night sleep.

I was told the hotel was undergoing some upgrades when I got into my room and noticed we were missing a TV. I asked to be moved to another room with two tvs. I was told I would be called back shortly. During the next hour I was called once to say I was not forgotten about. Eventually, I called and stated that I didn’t need to move as we had plans soon.
The air conditioning was not working correctly. Both the floor unit and the wall thermostat were set to 65 and 66 but the room felt like it was 80 degrees.
The hot tub jets were out of order and that was super disappointing.
In addition, we had ONE towel for showering/bathing in the bathroom which we didn’t discover until after returning from a show very late at night. When stopping by the front desk the next morning, we asked for fresh towels and additional towels. We returned to find TWO towels and refreshed hand towels.
We didn’t ask for it but the bed was not made nor was the trash taken out.
Super disappointing stay. I admit I expected MUCH more from a Marriott.
