Great reception, very efficient and straightforward. Lots of great perks with this hotel like a courtesy shuttle and breakfast included, but most importantly: close to the airport!

Staff was super helpful in organizing the shuttle, quick with check in and efficient and friendly during the check in/out process. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was pretty basic. Bathroom had some damage on the wall by where the tub connects and it was not repaired and looked bad.

We booked a newly renovated room, but it looked quite worn out! The curly-haired guy at the front desk was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which was unusual. The room itself was spacious with high ceilings, and the bed was comfortable. The main issue was the air conditioner — it was extremely loud, like a truck engine running! It was impossible to get any sleep.

Staff was great; rooms were clean and very nice suites. Great, close proximity to restaurants and a parking garage facility. We were able to leave our car while away on our trip and use shuttles to and from the airport from and to the hotel. Reasonable long-term parking fees at parking garage.
