The customer service was great but this place is sooooooo dated.... the dirty carpet, raggedy curtains and bed skirts... Definitely not what I expect for a hilton... I would not choose to stay here again

The city was working on a water main near the hotel which shut down water to the hotel. There was no notification to the guests of this problem as far as I know. The water shut-off affected the fire alarm, setting it off several times throughout the evening, continuing until the next morning. The only explanation I got was after I called to complain about the lack of water pressure in the shower earlier that evening. The guests were forced to evacuate for a false alarm later that night. However subsequent alarms quickly shut off and were ignored. I found the lack of communication with guests from hotel management odd, puzzling and perhaps irresponsible. Other than that everything was fine and what one would expect from a Hilton. I was a little put off by the parking fee for guests however, even though it was somewhat modest ($12/night) compared to other places I have stayed, because I wasn’t aware of it when making the reservation.

Making the reservation was very easy and appreciated the alerts regarding checking in and the shuttle information!

The mattress needed to be replaced. They did not rotate the mattresses 180 degrees every few months to keep it even on top. Everyone sleeps on the same side and this makes a big dip you now have to sleep in. There were two queen beds in our room and they both had this issue.

我早晨饿醒了,五点半我就下去到餐厅找饭吃。结果餐厅没开,我又折返回房间,门卡打不开房门了。我就又下楼叫值班先生给我重新激活一下门卡。结果,大唐值班先生就叫来了酒店保安,带着我回到房间,并要求我尽快收拾好行李,跟他一起下楼。我问他是不是要换房间,他说不知道,反正我不能再在这里住了。来到大堂值班先生重新给我开了卡,还是原来的那个房间,只是换了一张门禁卡。
我的脑洞瞬间崩塌啦,我就想知道,我第一次打不开门的时候我就要求给我一个新卡就行,为啥就不同意呢?折腾一圈之后也还是同一个房间,为啥要全部搬下来再全部搬上去呢?

我问他们,如果乘坐早上6点的航班,是否需要预订凌晨4点左右的穿梭巴士,他们告诉我穿梭巴士是24小时每15分钟一班,所以不用担心。我预订的套餐包含早餐,但因为一大早就要出发,结果只喝到了咖啡,有点遗憾。
赶早班飞机前睡个好觉
酒店还不错,没什么特别的。我和丈夫晚上很晚才到,早上5点左右出发赶飞机。停车场的灯光本来可以更明亮一些,入住手续也还行。房间也没什么特别的。赶早班飞机前睡几个小时还行。酒店有点老旧,缺乏一些基本的维护。我用信用卡积分预订的,所以谢天谢地,我没有在这家酒店花“真金白银”的钱。这房间最多只能算是个普通的房间。
