Staff is great. Warm, welcoming and helpful. Nice amount of space good toiletries. For our visit it was central for our needs. Could use a full refresh. Furnishings and floor covering tired, remote for tv did not work. A couple of lights did not turn on. A/C worked fine but was noisy when it kicked in. Parking easy to access plenty of spaces. Did not try pool or any other amenities. Breakfast just adequate - we went out to the very good KeKe recommended by front desk. Overall - a success. Going forward: could be significantly better.

Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were spacious. However, our first room had a lot of gnats in the bathroom and our second had broken glass from the previous renters in the closet that we found tiny broken pieces of for days all around the room.

General Manager was awesome. Had a fire alarm which caused the hotel to be evacuated. The GM was really engaged and kept us apprised of updates. Later, as I was exiting the property, I observed a guest who was having car problems. As I got closer, I noticed that the GM was there on site assisting him. Although I do not recall his name, I will always recall how he made me feel. Great guy!!!

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. Breakfast was great! Only complaint is that our room was way too cold when we walked in, about 50 degrees. Thermostat was set that low!
