Extremely spacious rooms, very contemporary. Everyone working there was extremely pleasant. Very convenient location for access to the 229 bus route.

The facility itself was fine….what wasn’t fine was the charge for parking. This was never disclosed to us. The charge is $13.00 per day to stay at a hotel that you are already paying for! We won’t be returning.

Not Hilton standard
Check in is super late, arrived early and was told that early check in would come with a fee which is crazy because a room was actually available but only if you pay extra. The mattress was so soft and the pillows were non existent. Lastly house keeping never came to clean our room, no clean towels, nothing. Ive never been to a hotel were house keeping didnt house keep.

I was so disappointed with my stay at Homewood Suites. I often stay in KC close to MCI, and have nover had this bad of an experience. I chose this hotel because it had a living room with a fireplace

At breakfast, juice was in pitchers and not readily available. Bed a little hard and reservation was for 6 so new would need sofa sleeper. Had to ask for bedding. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay there again.

Great property. I would only recommend updated tv services so that guest can sign in to their streaming services. Staff was polite and professional. Facility was clean and nice

The floor did not feel vacuumed but otherwise it was good. Pool was not open which we weren’t told we saw it was closed; unsure why.

我喜欢这里的位置、早餐和房间设施。但我不喜欢房间没有及时打扫。
套房很方便,毛巾干净。房间有些地方需要维护,比如窗帘上方的装饰板有一侧脱落了1英寸。酒店位置很好,离机场很近。冬天游泳池关闭,健身房也找不到。房间里没有吹风机。我住了两天,服务员都没敲门。有免费早餐,退房的时候才发现。
