To start, the food (snacks) we got from the lobby was weeks expired. Upon entering, we didn’t receive a gift bag like other patrons. The food in the restaurant was “fine”. The waitress was amazing, but working by herself and there was obviously to many people for one person to attended bar and serve food. There were no sheets for the pull out. Lastly, the room was not as clean as what one would expect from this price point. The shower floor was not great and crumbs under the bed upon arrival

Karen who worked during breakfast service was amazing. She went above and beyond. When I asked for decaf coffee, not only did she make some she poured me a cup and fixed it how I liked. Just because she could. True kindness and customer service for a tired mom.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, breakfast was a let down. Also paying for parking was annoying, would have went other places if I would have known about these things.

Outdated hotel. No access to streaming platforms in room. No access to cast device to tv, but the TV’s are “smart”? Less than 2 hours after breakfast started, the kitchen ran out of food. The kitchen staff was telling the guests they didn’t anticipate a full hotel. Really? On a weekend with an important sporting event in town, kids tournaments, band competitions, and the hotel can’t feed everyone which is a big selling point for the hotel? The in room coffee pot was the old fashioned brew bag coffee, but there were k cups in the room. I couldn’t even make coffee. Never staying here again.

Elevators painfully slow (1 not working); room furnishings dated; no convenient handicapped parking close to entrance; $15 charge for parking then receive notice that car should be gone by 10 am, tho checkout not till 11 & staff unfriendly when asked about it. Will look to other lodging from now on...

Had to pay for parking even if you werent being shuttled to the airport. The outside door to the pool didnt lock. The pool door leading to the hotel also wouldnt lock and looked like it had been broken into

The room was spotless, well located. Free transportation to and from the hotel was great. The hotel was beautifully set up. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The best feature was the glass elevator overlookjng the hotel interior!

The room was not satisfied. The AC vent was blowing out some foul smell. The elevator was dirty.. breakfast was good.. it will be our last to stay there. Not happy
