My room door didn’t lock, there was no hot water for showers. I told the manager and she didn’t seem to care.

Airport shuttle took approx 1 hr to pick us up from car rental return. Was told it would be 15-20 minutes when we called the desk.

This hotel is currently under construction pool and the hot tub are out of order. Terrible roof construction was on going worth roofing nails everywhere loose.

Pool and hot tub closed. The courtyard was all under construction. Monday morning i woke up at 8am to a lot of banging and scraping. I got up and looked outside. There was a man climbing up a ladder right iinfront of my balcony. They were having the roof redone. There is 3 floors and i was on the top floor. It was sooo loud. It could have had the common courtesy to tell people there was construction going on. I didn't get switched to a new room on the inside Courtyard. But you're not allowed to go on the balconies on the inside court because of construction also. My first room the sink was closed the remote did not work. My second room the sink was clogged again. I would not recommend this hotel at all
