We arrived last night for a cardiology appt I have at St.Lukes and this hotel is 4 minutes from there. Pulling my kiddo from school today, meant we had some school work to do, but I forgot her pencils and colors at home. The staff here eagerly found her markers and a pencil behind the desk to support her. It’s the small things that matter the most, and I am thankful that they went out of their way to support this Mama and maintaining normal for my kid as we navigate appts.

Room was very clean and big and the beds were comfortable! 10/10 I would definitely come back and stay here!

Very clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. It was rough with the elevator being down but still give them 5 stars for overall performance

The management staff went above and beyond to help fix some reservation issues I had initially. They really could not have done more to accommodate me and my family. Also, the breakfast is awesome!

卫生和设施都不错，免费早餐品种不多但足够美式，热量管够，还提供微波炉，有热水喝，有停车库。
房间非常宽敞、开阔、舒适，而且一尘不染。这是一个我愿意长期住下去的房间。
房间宽敞，门厅宽大，干净整洁，距离市中心商业街和UMKC不到十分钟车程，地下停车场收费20刀/天
被安排在9楼套房。马桶冲不了水。堪萨斯城酋长队比赛周末，两部电梯中有一部坏了。换到了2楼套房。马桶是儿童马桶，很难用。咖啡温吞吞的，早餐的鸡蛋土豆也很难吃。入住三天中的第二天，他们把毛巾从房间里拿走，却没打扫。最后一晚午夜还把无线网络关了。每年都住这家酒店看比赛。以后再也不会来了！
所有员工都非常友好热情！房间和早餐区都很干净！
早餐种类丰富，服务周到。
强烈推荐，下次来这附近还会选择入住！
