我们的房间很棒，有一个壁炉，由于天气寒冷，这个壁炉非常有必要。整体酒店需要更新，但我会再次入住。员工很热情友好。酒店位置也很方便。
负责早餐的弗雷德太棒了！他做的鸡蛋很美味，而且非常友好热情。他记得我们的名字。感觉就像我们在他家吃早餐一样。他真的让我们的一天有一个积极的开始。给他加薪吧！他是亮点——而且工作了好几天（10 月 8 日及以后）的前台工作人员也非常友好和乐于助人。
非常适合女孩们购物的房间！2 间卧室、2 间浴室、一间厨房和客厅！干净且设施齐全，我们度过了愉快的旅程！
前台管理很棒！
入住很棒，房间打扫的时候我等了一会儿，经理就给我升级到了套房。他非常专业，很有礼貌，他的专业精神和服务让我很惊喜。
从始至终，服务干净、安全、一流！每天提供的早餐棒极了，亲切的绅士迎宾（不记得他的名字了 - 可能是 Craig？）非常棒，让我们感觉宾至如归！迫不及待明年再来这里住！
不适合残疾人入住
要求提供无障碍客房。提供的房间不适合残疾人入住，以后再也不会入住。
我们刚到房间时，发现柜台上有脏盘子。前台女士非常乐于助人，她来收拾盘子并检查房间的其余部分。进入浴室后，我们发现马桶附近的地板上有尿液。前台女士再次非常友好，我要求换房间，但没有空房，所以她打扫了整个浴室。去整理折叠沙发床（这是预先安排好的），没有床单/毯子可用；所以我再次打电话。好心的女士拿来了一些。我拉出床，发现床垫下有食物碎屑和垃圾，并折叠在床垫内。不用说，我的儿子睡在普通沙发上，床单盖着所有东西。我很确定我们入住时这不是一个打扫过的房间。我们住了一晚，第二天退房，没有住第二晚。
工作人员非常友好，游泳池温暖干净，早餐美味可口，超出预期，但房间很脏，很旧。
我们去附近探亲。这家酒店物超所值。工作人员很友好，房间干净整洁。我可以在这里住很长时间，而且非常舒适。
感谢您让我们度过了美好的时光。我们会再来的。
