Almost all aspects of the hotel and our stay were good. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. The big issue we had was with our room smelling extremely smoky. It was a non-smoking room but cigarette smoke from somewhere else somehow came into our room (330) through the AC so we had to turn it off, which helped a bit. Our clothes even smelled smoky after the hotel stay. Crazy.

Service was excellent and facility was very clean. However, the room needed better upkeep. Multiple things in the room were broken - toilet paper holder, a shelf in the bathroom, and toilet handle. The handle in the shower was starting to break. AC/heater unit had exposed wiring.

The breakfast menu was good but they need a bigger dining room because the hotel was full and they didn’t have enough tables to sit at. They also didn’t keep the food items full and they were constantly of different items. The front staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jennie. They also had to print off my airline boarding passes at the front desk because they were having problems in their business center with their printer. The hotel is old and probably should be updated in the near future if they expect people to stay here.

We reserved 4 rooms for a family outing. Rooms were nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Pet friendly. Pool was too cold to swim in.

The TV and the mini refrigerator did not work. We contacted the front desk and they did offer to switch rooms however, we had a late check in and we had already had everything spread out in the room and were ready for bed so we opted out. In the morning housekeeping came into our room without knocking. We we complained to the front desk it was pretty much just a shrug of the shoulder.

When my wife and I checked in on Sunday October 19th we were assigned Room 405. When we got to the room and opened up the refrigerator we saw a live roach crawling inside and the whole refrigerator was wet inside. I went back down to the front desk and had our room changed to Room 301 which was much better. Jennie at the front desk in the morning was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Absolutely NOT worth the cost or up to standards
We asked for a room that did not face the interstate, it was checked and stated it was not facing it.
We were given a tiny room with a slider door bathroom, a window space was actually a closet with a curtain infront.
The bathroom had mold on the seams.
The tub backed up and was slow to drain.
The neighbors showed up at 11pm and were loud and happy... though hard to sleep though as the walls were thin. Called down for ear plugs and they were out.
Overall I would NEVER recommend or stay here again.
