Room was spotless with dove essentials for hygiene, love the amenities. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was the pool, the bottom needs to be resurfaced because it looks like it’s dirty, although the kids had a blast in it, that would be the only suggestion.

Staff was fine. Room was right next to the elevator. Noisy all night. Should have asked for a different room, but I was too damn tired from driving all day.

The clean bathrooms, omg the Dove products were so great! The staff was so great! The multiple mirrors in the room. The breakfast was great. The indoor pool was so great. It was just the right temperature! The late check option was great! Thanks for the great experience!

The hotel was good and it was clean. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly.
I did have a problem with the Clarance part of the service staff knocking on the door 3 hours before check out asking if we were still in the room room

Everything and all of the staff was excellent. The hotel is gorgeous. If i have to say a negative comment it was it was extremely cold in the building and the room. I had to turn on the heat. They may need to have a hvac company come out to adjust the system. Another issue was my bed wad hard as a rock.
I stayed for one night and will definitely come and stay again when i return. Keep up the great customer service.
