I can’t say enough about the Augusta Marriott. My room was extremely comfortable, the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful especially when I had to extend my stay for a day because my flight got cancelled. The bellman even made a special early to drive me to the airport in the shuttle. The location was also great - right on the Riverwalk. I was a very happy guest!!

The room is decently clean. The floor needs mopping, specifically the floor area in the space allocated for the desk. Under the desk the floor is very sticky.

This hotel was not handicap accessible like I was told. The AYS Manager was very rude short and disrespectful. I was in town for a medical condition for my daughter and was not treated with the hospitality and respect that was deserved.

The room and property was very clean, and the staff were all very friendly and polite. We were within walking distance of the Riverwalk, museums and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Every time I come to town this is where I stay. I always have a really nice experience here.
