This hotel was not handicap accessible like I was told. The AYS Manager was very rude short and disrespectful. I was in town for a medical condition for my daughter and was not treated with the hospitality and respect that was deserved.

The room and property was very clean, and the staff were all very friendly and polite. We were within walking distance of the Riverwalk, museums and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The sheet had a red stain on it. The A/C was blowing warm at even at 60 degrees.

I checked into my room around 6 p.m and the air was on 68 degrees and around 2 a.m my room was still hott. I couldn’t sleep and I had to be to work at 5 a.m there maintenance came to check it out and the air filter was clogged up. Also the shower wasn’t clean there was hair left in the shower and the water was like lukewarm.

It was a very nice property. I loved how close it was to where I needed to go. The staff was friendly. If I could change anything it would be the size of the parking spaces in the parking garage, but that's just me looking for something to improve. It was an overall great experience. I will stay here again for my next work trip!

Easy walk to everything! Beautiful location on the river, With a river walk for walks! We were in town for a wedding and everything was perfect!
