I always enjoy my stay at Indigo, thanks to the spotless rooms that are meticulously maintained and the exceptionally friendly staff who are always attentive and welcoming. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, creating a relaxing environment. Its close proximity to the airport makes travel extremely convenient, saving time and hassle. I always feel safe and secure during my visits, which adds to the overall positive experience.

Whoever the night manager that worked on the morning of Nov 1st was an outstanding example of exceptional customer service and professional… he assisted me with a pain free checked and helped get an early shuttle so that I wouldn’t miss my early flight

首先，我通过你们预订时，价格明明包含所有税费，但当我于2025年11月5日抵达时，他们却要求我支付150美元的押金，而且不接受现金。由于我投诉了押金问题，保罗先生给了我一张卡，凭此卡第二天可以免费享用双人早餐。其次，我注意到525房间存在一些令人无法接受的问题，并已告知总经理彼得森/帕特森先生。他向我保证会解决以下问题：办公椅前后椅背的黑色人造革缺失了一半，椅面上也有几处缺失；中间的窗帘已经干裂破损严重；房间里只有一套毛巾，而且由于温控器坏了，我第一晚只能在寒冷中入睡。（我到达时已经筋疲力尽，需要休息。）我和彼得森先生商定了一个时间，安排维修人员来解决这些糟糕的问题。当我回到房间时，办公椅已经换好了，毛巾也补上了，但是温控器仍然坏着，薄纱窗帘也没有换上。我下楼后发现P先生已经下班了，于是我告诉了前台，他们派丹尼上来修温控器。丹尼说他忘了修:( 这时我已经彻底崩溃了，只想赶紧退房，2025年11月7日，星期五。
这次入住体验简直糟透了。

入住前换了4次房间……看起来好像被水淹过一样。闻起来有股污水和尿味。Samuel和Brad非常乐于助人！他们实际上是这次住宿中最棒的部分……但实际的建筑很糟糕。
房间很脏。地板上到处都是水。150美元的杂费至今未退。房费64美元，停车费95美元。我为了赶早班飞机只住了一晚。不值这个价。杂费太贵了。咖啡机很脏
不仅房间感觉被冷落了，我本人也立刻被冷落了！我付了房费，却一个多小时后才拿到房间。
房间宽敞且易于使用。我希望淋浴间/卫生间有换气扇。马桶里的冲水杆无法正常工作并且开始被堵塞。流量差。
