Everything was great, just no breakfast which isn’t that important, but there is a cafe that substitutes that.

The room was very clean and quiet. Every staff member we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Short walk or uber ride to downtown, if you don't want to deal with traffic or parking.

Despite how expensive the room was for two nights, they only provide cleaning service every other day ; when I called down to ask about extra towels and coffee they said well if you want them come down and get them we don’t deliver. I felt like I was at a hostel and a kid. I went downstairs to retrieve the clean towels and coffee, and the towels weren’t folded just kind of wrapped around each other and trying to carry it upstairs by myself four towels, and four coffees plus cups was most inconvenient and I looked like I was doing the maid service. I don’t understand when you charge that much money for a hotel room why you can’t provide some level of service. You pay an exorbitant amount for a hotel room plus you must pay for parking as well. When we checked in we had to go to five rooms before they could let us in because they were changing the key locks; the management weren’t at all helpful. It’s like it was an imposition because the keys wouldn’t work on our room.

The hotel was great and the customer service was outstanding! Just a couple of suggestions: there were no trash bags in trash cans, no bag for laundry and the biggest suggestion MICROWAVE IN THE ROOMS!! Went to an event and by the time we made it back to hotel there was no way to heat up leftovers from lunch and nothing open to order from. Just suggestions, but a beautiful property!!

Overall, it’s not a bad property. The website states there’s a pool and a hot tub, but that is not true. Also, they don’t put any type of garbage bags in the trash bins which is unsanitary. And I’m not sure why no one came to collect our used towels and bring fresh. My next visit to St. Louis I will probably not stay at this property again.

有人用硬币砸我的车，然后把车停在硬币上……因为街对面有人玩游戏，我几乎找不到停车位……我姐姐的房间到处都是蚂蚁……停车场又没装摄像头，根本没法监控是谁把我的车砸了……这太不公平了！你花了那么多钱租了个房间，你的停车位应该很安全……而且他们得请杀虫剂公司把整栋楼都喷一遍。非常失望……我从阿肯色州赶来参加我哥哥的葬礼，我们不得不面对所有这些问题。
停车收费。因为当地足球赛迟到了。不得不坐了30分钟，一动不动！酒店客人被收费，这简直无法接受。付了双人早餐费。一杯咖啡和一个硬邦邦的牛角面包，花了21美元！非常失望。
