Staff was not very friendly, welcoming, or accommodating. Room across the hall had a party all night and ended with loud altercations in the hallway which nothing was done about. Room could have been cleaner. The shower did not have enough water pressure. I stayed in a suite and indicated that our party had 3 adults and 2 children; however, they gave us 2 towels per day.

Horrible Stay
My family and I stayed for the weekend as we came from Florida to visit our Georgia family. The first night we stayed, it was okay. However, when we came back to our room, expecting it to be clean, it was not cleaned at all. We had three Walmart bags left in the room, a top to some food we ate wasn’t thrown away by housekeeping, the vent in the bathroom was falling down. First night of stay, there was a beer bottle cap left near the bed. I don’t drink beer or alcohol, for context. When I asked to speak to the manager, the receptionist called “Austin.” He offered to refund both nights, but when it was time to check out, the receptionist at the time said notes stated that the refund would be for 50% of one night. That was not the agreement made by Austin. Before leaving, I took two business cards to ensure that this is reported further! I wouldn’t recommend staying unless you’re ok with a dirty pool and an unclean room. I am attaching pictures.

The only thing I can recommend for y’all to change if that is the preference options, it was OK, but there is some things that could have been better and the food could have been hotter just sitting there in no way to keep the food hot

I thought this was pet friendly but found out it was not. So after driving for 7 hours I had to find a different hotel and was told to check with ******* for a refund

Long walk
I am 72 years old woman and had to walk a considerable distance through a pool door then then to an elevator to the 3rd floor Once off the elevator all rooms ran down tw halls all the way to the far end. As much as I need some exercise not with luggage and in the rain. A bit more lighting would be helpful.
