1) The property didn't have a free parking - $50 per night for valet parking is very expensive
2) Every morning between 4-6am there was a dumpster truck underneath our window making a very loud noise and would wake us all up. We love to sleep in the morning and this loud noise was destructing our stay.

Our stay was perfect. Valet parking was easy, and stress free. Breakfast was great along with the free drinks towards the evening. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Neglected to clean our room. Frustrating. Weren't very apologetic about it. As a result no toilet paper in middle of the night. Moderate wear and tear of the facility.

Room was very clean. My bed was a bit hard... But everything was very nice room size and spacious.

The staff here made the stay warm and welcoming. I felt like I personally knew the front desk team. The chef was amazing at answering my custom request. The cleaning staff at breakfast made the Atrium comfortable. I actually extended my stay because I enjoyed the hotel so much and that only can happen when a team is amazing like this.
