Our room was lacking in decor , quarter inch green painted trim around mirror .. looked cheap .
Breakfast ..Usually a bowl of cut of fruit is offered , not here .both days the main meal was fried potatoes and sausage.patties.
No eggs , no biscuit and gravy .

Very nicely appointed property. Rooms are comfortable! Large screen smart tv. The pool was pretty big! The breakfast gave you multiple choices-from waffles and eggs, to yogurt and oatmeal! Something for everyone. They have 24 hr coffee, tea, and cocoa too. Situated right by I-985, getting to and from is easy. Lots of restaurants, gas, donuts, etc are close by. It was a great location and we would stay again.

Very clean but no bathroom fan and one outlet was not working. Pleasant employees and the breakfast was very good.

Check in time was 4:00. We arrived 4:40pm and waited in the empty lobby for 10 minutes before a desk clerk showed up. Even called the front desk with my phone and it rang 30 times without anyone answering it as I stood right there in front of it. Claimed he was in the back putting things away that should have been done by someone else. I couldn’t believe that a Front desk would be unattended at a hotel of this caliber, especially during check-in times.Otherwise, our stay was great and the hotel was clean and beautiful.

Hotel and area was great. The front desk staff were not friendly. Was handed keys at checkin and not even told the normal simple directions like room number, where elevator was etc. walked away shocked as I thought the south was known for their hospitality. Not so with the person at the front desk upon check in. When I checked out the front desk staff although a different person was extremely unfriendly too! Honestly shocking I can see one person having an off day but got the same unfriendly experience from both. Was weird. my daughter thought the same. The hotel itself was perfect. Great location, clean perfect. Front desk staff may need a refresher on hospitality
我的第一个房间弥漫着一股化学气味，像是刚粉刷过一样，闻起来很刺鼻，让我头疼欲裂。他们给我换了房间。在新房间里，我试着调节室温，结果空调打不开。我忍着没管，心想万一他们又想给我换房间呢。我跟前台说了退款的事，他们告诉我因为我是通过*******全额付款的，所以不能退款。我非常失望。我绝不会推荐任何人入住这家酒店，也不会通过*******预订，就因为酒店住宿条件差，而且没有退款选项。
酒店设施和服务都很好，唯一不满意的就是床，太不舒服了（非常硬）。
