Staff were lovely - shout out to Leah & Jasmine who were so helpful and friendly. Clean and well maintained. Great spot for an extended stay - nicely equipped kitchenette, laundry room. Will stay there next trip!

We showed up to the property to check in and was told that they ‘lost’ some rooms so they couldn’t honor our booking. First off, how do you loose a room? Second, why didn’t you call hours ago so we could figure out an alternative? Was a very disappointing experience after a several hour long road trip.

Great hotel service was meh
Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfy. The breakfast attendant was scary and rude. She was watching something on her phone really loud. She then grunted and yelled at you for not turning the waffle iron. She sighed loudly. We did not dare ask her a question. She slammed items around. You felt uncomfortable. The check in was amazing.

I call front desk and no body answer and i come down and the lady was cleaning then i ask for bottle of water and she give me and then today i check in the lady hand me over a bag of two water bottle a biscuit and a bag of chips but other two nights the from desk give me nothing. but last night on 9th Aug the room was smelling smoke, that hurt me because i am non smoker. Room was B120 so check ?

Well maintained property, rooms are clean and spacious. Location is convenient, near plenty of restaurants and shops. Surrounding area seemed safe. Front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

第一晚马桶就堵了……公寓式客房很可爱但非常小。垃圾处理器/下水道也不好用。电视和电话都坏了。
