The cleanest hotel pool and hot tub that ive ever seen were top notch. The hotel is nice, a tiny bit dated, but they're scheduled for a face lift this winter. Everyon was very nice and hospitable. We had a suite with 2 beds, very comfy and clean.

Room is clean and tidy. Hot breakfast is also excellent to start a new fresh day. Location is great for tour and travel to Jacksonville airport. very good indeed

Had trouble at check in that put a damper on my opinion of the hotel as a whole. Got charged for an extra room and was told I'd receive a refund. After two weeks, two phone calls, and an email, I never received a refund.

Room was perfect. This is my 4th stay and I highly recommend to anyone visiting kingsland.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the past few years and it has gone down hill. I am glad that they are going to renovate the Hotel as it is very dated. We enjoy our Gold status at Marriott hotels but we wont plan to stay at this hotel until the renovation is complete. Side Note: The employees at this hotel are excellent!

We were very happy with our experience. The hotel is clean with no noted signs of wear in spite of learning that a reno is planned.
Staff was very friendly. If you stay there, plan to be greeted for breakfast by Miss May who presents a lovely buffet.
Will rebook for our return trip.

Had it been mentioned that this property was due to be fully refurbed at the end of this year we would probably have booked elsewhere. This is an ******* issue they need to do better.

Tried to take a Shower. the Shower Curtain was too short for the tub and the shower head needed to be soaked with Lime away or replaced. When taking a Shower water soaked the bathroom floor etc.. The wall is damaged and moldy
