Staff was nice and accommodating. However, room had an odor. Not sure if it was the carpet, the PTAC unit or a combination of both. Front desk provided some air freshener, but that didn’t eliminate the odor.
Shower included shampoo and condition, but no soap as do other similar accommodations. Not sure if this location doesn’t provide or if it was just missing in my room.
Breakfast was also less than desirable.

Nice staff, tidy rooms but the odor of mildew or mold made my throat burn. We cancelled our return stay the following week.

We love staying at the Hampton Harley at the front desk did amazing in our room for my husband's birthday she is awesome.and we won't to thank her for everything ❤️

Pre-reserved a handicap accessible room. The room had a tub that was impossible for me to get into. Since we were on our last leg home I didn’t make an issue of it. Otherwise everything else was great.

I liked that a Tesla Supercharging Station was within walking distance from the hotel and that the Police Department was located in the Kingsland Welcome Center right there!
