I found mouse poop in my bed and notified the hotel that I would not be staying. They said the manager would call me the following day, but it never happened. $275 for a dirty room and mouse poop under the sheets.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and was very happy with my experience, but this time was completely different. The room was filthy. There was black hair all over the bathroom floor, and the toilet still showed evidence that the last guest had been there. The bedroom was so dusty I could actually clump the dust together, and the kitchen floor had debris scattered across it.
They did offer to move us, but the next room wasn’t any better. There was toilet paper on the floor, yellow stains running down the mattress protector (which I only noticed because the bed wasn’t even made properly), and overall the beds looked sloppy—one was only half tucked, and the other wasn’t tucked at all.
I finally asked for cleaning supplies so I could clean the room myself. Unsurprisingly, every time I wiped something down, the cloth turned completely black.
This level of cleanliness might be expected in a $60-a-night motel, but not at a hotel charging over $300 a night. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory.

Elise was the bomb! She was super friendly and always had a smile every time we walked by her. She directed us to points of interest and incredible dining experiences.
Beautiful property with artwork throughout the grounds. Additional points for the view of the Missouri River and adjacency to the river walk. The room was spacious and well appointed. The French doors were an unexpected surprise.
I had special requests before check in that were all met with courteous service. Housekeeping was fast and efficient. We didn’t run out of anything in our eight day stay.

First of all, my card was way overcharged. They claimed they fixed it, but we'll see. The person in the breakfast area was extremely rude! They told someone, 'Can't you see the cups are in front of your face,' etc. The hot tub is broken; they should have that on the site. I wouldn't have wasted money on a room there. Go somewhere else!

I did look into your bill and the amount that was charged did get reversed and should be showing up on your card.
