Lenard and Elijah were awesome and I don't want to forget the entire staff, to notch, friendly, professional and respectful, what a joy! I would stay again when passing through!

前台服务人员非常棒，他们极其友好、高效且乐于助人。但酒店本身却存在诸多不足。一楼的制冰机坏了，三楼的制冰机里长满了霉菌，霉菌会飘进制出的冰块里。泳池周围有碎石，而且没有毛巾。房间里的毛巾也不够用。酒店周边环境也不太好，我们在泳池边休息时，不断听到隔壁空置房源的监控摄像头发出入侵警报。
房间里没有服务，毛巾不干净，三天没铺床，每天都要问，却得不到服务，酒店很差
