Front staff were not friendly. Pool hours posted online state the pool is open until 11pm - which was the main reason we booked this hotel, they close the pool at 10pm.

The room I was first sent to had a mattress with the cover ripped and foam falling out. I went to the front desk and told the lady so she gave me a different room. The second room, I was unable to get in to due to the ceiling outside room having water damage and pieces of ceiling all over the floor. There was a guy trying to patch the ceiling and the smell was horrible. I went back to the front desk and told the lady about this and she told me there were no other rooms ready and I would have to “just wait”. My husband and I left and never returned with no refund.

Location is good; decent area, and lots of places to eat nearby
However, the lobby smelled strongly of *********, the sheets were rough and scratchy, the hallway ceiling had a leak and I saw a cockroach on my way.

Was told Yes to having connecting rooms prior to booking. Called the FD and everything. Arrived. They gave us different floors. So we had to leave.

早餐不错，特别多的家庭带着孩子来吃。缺点是不要选面对高速公路那一边的，窗户隔音不行，太吵。孩子多在走廊里跑来跑去也太吵。建议：check in的时候如果被问到有什么preference，一定说要安静一些的房间。
