The place was conveniently located near all the activities we were doing. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was good and a nice variety. The room however was not very clean. The tub had hair in it and I had to wipe it down very well before my daughter could get a bath. The bed linens had some stains, the carpet had various stains, and the TV stand was quite beat up with scuffs, marks, etc all over it.

Family time
The stay was great except for the fact that only one of four elevators worked and so many people trying to get to and from their rooms with lots of luggage. Many people including myself and child took the stairs (9th floor) it was not fun. Check-in only 2 people working that area with a line 6 or 7 deep. Your hotel hosting events and security for the evening offered apologies and drinks for those waiting. Our room comfy, the shower (forgot to mention) is spraying water from the head.
本来想找一家离脱口秀表演近的酒店，结果发现演出就在我们住的酒店里！简直太棒了。我们办理入住后就去吃了晚饭，回来休息了45分钟，然后就下楼去看喜剧工厂的演出了。酒店提供了免费早餐券，但我们决定在回里士满的路上出去吃点别的。总的来说，这里是个不错的住宿地点，我还发现这家酒店也提供去邮轮码头的接驳服务。
酒店位置很好，很适合我的行程。
总的来说，我的入住体验还算可以。最大的优点是地理位置——周末我参加的所有活动都在酒店附近，非常方便。这种便利让我的旅程轻松了不少，绝对是这家酒店的一大亮点。
不过，电梯出了大问题。入住期间电梯坏了，我不得不两次走下12层楼梯。这完全出乎我的意料，也完全不想遇到这种情况，严重影响了我的入住体验。
酒店本身设施略显陈旧，但如果您最看重的是地理位置和便利性，那么它仍然是该地区一个不错的选择。可惜的是，由于电梯故障，我不得不降低对这次入住的评价。
酒店需要维修。我们第一个房间的空调坏了。工作人员非常友善，帮我们换了房间。但新房间里的保险箱和熨斗也坏了。我们很喜欢这家酒店，因为去那里坐邮轮很方便，但这是我们第一次长时间入住。虽然还不错，但并没有像之前那样让我们感到惊艳。
房间看起来很干净，但睡觉时我被臭虫咬了，甚至在枕头里也发现了一只。我拿了张餐巾纸把它包起来，然后拿到楼下前台，前台工作人员确认是臭虫。
房间和其他区域都很干净，自助早餐也不错。建议餐厅制定着装要求，有好几位客人的穿着都非常不合时宜，不适合在用餐时用餐。
