I have an adult son in a power wheel chair. It is very very difficult putting him in bed and getting him up. The reason is, the bed sits on a platform, which prevents my Hoyer lift from going under the bed to lift him.
Even the handicapped room is this way. Was very difficult for me as he weighs about 219 pounds.

The rooms were ok. They are not up to date rooms and had a weird smell to it but overall it was good. The room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. 7/10.

Loin cloths don’t work on me
Overall, the stay was ok. The 2 major issues for me were that when I asked for towels for my party, I was given the equivalent of loin cloths that didn’t even cover enough for my smallest child. Secondly, and most importantly, a pipe burst while I was in the middle of showering, and going to my 2nd room barely helped as I lapped water to clean myself off. To the front desk’s credit, they acknowledged it and apologized, but that was it. I wasn’t looking for a handout, but something in the way of compensation offered would have gone a long way, even if I didn’t take it.
