Front desk was very friendly and professional, they made us feel welcome. The cookies were great! Transporation was provided to and from the airport, which we really appreciated.

I love a doubletree because you can expect a quality stay and I wasn't disappointed. Rooms aren't huge but they aren't small either. The warm cookie is ALWAYS something to look forward to and the parking was simple. The only con was the shuttle. You must book 24 hours in advance to your check in. Make that 48 hours to be sure otherwise the hotel will not hire or schedule a driver and you will be SOL.

Got stranded due to a storm and last minute reserved a room and enjoyed the hospitality and the service. They were very accommodating and even offered a free shuttle that started an hour earlier at 3 AM for me to bring me back to the airport when my flight was ready.

Noisy kids running all up and down the hallways. Banging, screaming, slamming doors.. staff could care less.

It's more convenient to have a microwave in the room especially if your not feeling well and can't go all the way to the lobby just to heat up food. This is the only reason I rated the hotel 4 stars. Other than that everything was great.

Check in was smooth but then when I went to my room I had two full beds instead of the king we requested. I went to the front desk to try to get this corrected and was told they were out of rooms with king beds even though I booked a room with a king days in advance. How do you sell out of what I already purchased? On a day my boyfriend and I wanted to get away, we were made to sleep in separate beds. This would be mildly more acceptable if we hadn’t booked a previous trip with a Hilton for two queen beds (my son was with us) and got to the room just to have 1 king bed. It took them hours to straighten out because we told the front desk that there was no way we’d all be able to fit in the same bed because they sold out of a room we previously paid for. I don’t think I’d opt to stay at a Hilton again. It was very clean but I don’t like deceptive sales practices.
