No complaints except disappointing patio view
Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I would stay here again, however, next time I would not pay extra for a patio room. This is a river front hotel and I was hoping to be able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the river. When I booked the room, all balcony rooms were full and so I booked a patio room which was more expensive than a standard room. We did sit outside for a little while the eve we arrived but the parking lot is between the hotel and river with vehicles parked directly in front of the patio so there was no view to enjoy. A balcony room would, in my option be worth the extra but definitely not a patio room.

这次入住体验非常愉快。酒店设施一流，员工也超级友好。他们甚至在我没要求的情况下就给我升级了房间。总之，这是一家非常棒的酒店，我肯定会再次入住！
十多年来，我们每年都入住这家酒店。它干净、舒适、便利，而且员工服务周到。能找到一个值得信赖的好地方真是太好了。
这处房产临水，环境优美，交通便利，但火车却是个令人不快的意外。总的来说，我肯定还会再次入住。
浴室很干净，房间整体也不错，但是他们没有彻底打扫房间，沙发后面和窗帘后面都有垃圾。
我们多次入住这家酒店。房间干净舒适，一切都在预料之中。
