Initially the heater was not on and the room was very cold. Had to have someone come and correct it. Once corrected, we set it to 72 degrees to warm up the room. After getting warm, we tried to turn it down. No matter how cold we set it, the heater seemed to be set to 90 degrees. The fan was blowing a lot of heat. We unplugged it around 2:30am, but it never cooled down.

Did not get the room booked on third floor due to elevator being out. Changed to a room on the first floor that had a leaking toilet and was dirty along with a bed that should have been retired before that night. Changed rooms next morning to find heat was not on and it took quite sometime for that to work.

Elevator was broke, so had to take the stairs up to our room. The pool was also closed, which had we known, would not have booked as our kids were set on swimming. Upon checking into the room, whomever last used the closet didn’t courtesy flush, and can gladly provide the picture of what was settled at the bottom of the toilet should you want to see that. Disappointed and having to deal with even sadder kids makes this one even more rough to deal with.

our room had a ton of bugs on the wall. the bed felt like i was laying on a piece of cardboard on the ground. the sheet was a thin paper tablecloth that you get for $1. the blanket was the same. it was horrible. the shower drain cover was broken so there was just a big hole in the middle of the shower where the drain cover should’ve been. had a room connected to other guests so i got to hear them talking and coughing all night.

Room layout was great. The elevator was sketchy and not working properly. Had to use the stairs. And the toilet was clogged and would not flush. There was mold on the walls by the windows. Will definitely avoid this location next time I stay in Omaha.

The first room was bad, smelled like an ashtray, another room offered with the notice that some sort of dirt or something else was on the bathroom ceiling. Finally booked into the handicap room which is just fine. She was very courteous and helpful but the property itself is in need of maintenance. Was warned the elevator works but was being temperamental, would it have been nice to use, yes but not a deal breaker, only 3 stories. Overall the staff was very helpful but again the property itself is lacking dearly in maintenance.
