I need a refund because when I showed up, there was no staff member to check me in. We waited around for 30 minutes and no one arrived so I had to go book another hotel room.

All parts of the hotel were clean and well kept. The pool was open and clean. The staff was efficient and all were very friendly. The bathroom was well stocked and there was no problem to ask for an extra set of towels. It was such a relaxing stay knowing that everything was clean and worked perfectly.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant.

Didn't like my card was charged twice, first for hotel amount and then again with the additional incidential amount. it put my card of the spending limit. Was told one would drop off but never had that happen before.

Staff was great, rooms were clean. We had to be moved to a different room as the one we were in didn’t have a working shower and it was in need of an upgrade. Management was great and moved us right away.

Disappointing

The first room we had the bathroom sink would not drain, and could not be cleared in a timely manner so we were given another room, but the refrigerator in the second room was not working and we had perishable food that needed to be kept cold. Thankfully we had friends staying there and used their refrigerator.

Paint was peeling around the window due to water leaking in.

It appears little maintenance has been done in some time.
