So far everything is going great. Very friendly and knowledgeable check in clerk. My only negative experience is NOT with the hotel but rather *******. I booked my stay because it clearly stated that the room had a Jacuzzi tub. When I entered my room, there was not jacuzzi or even a jetted tub. I went to the reception desk and was told they DO NOT have ANY rooms with a jetted tub or Jacuzzi. The pictures online clearly aren't for this hotel or ANY hotel in this area. According to the desk clerk, there aren't any hotels nearby with jacuzzis. The picture also showed a hot tub in the pool area. There isn't one. I'm praying the breakfast buffet isn't a mirage today! This hotel is very clean and very clean smelling with a friendly staff. It's NOT their fault I was mislead by *******.

Carpet in room had multiple stains. The hand soap is hung way too hi in the bathrooms. I am a shorter person and could not reach. The final morning of my stay there was no hot water. Therefore, had to skip a shower.

The toilet in our room was not working. When I called the front desk they said maintenance had left for the night and they'd notify them in the morning. I asked what we were to do for the night, they said they would come take a look, but there's also a bathroom on the first floor we could use. They came and tried to fix it, but couldn't. They said they were going to try and get ahold of maintenance but couldn't guarantee they'd be able to get someone in to fix the toilet before the morning. They also said they didn't have any more rooms to move us to as they were sold out. We gave them time to try and get maintenance in, but when I called the front desk for an update they said they hadn't heard back. I asked again for a new room and was told they didn't have any more.
At that point we decided to not stay the night. When I went to tell the front desk we were leaving and request a refund they were in the middle of moving another guest to a different room due to toilet issues. I gave them another chance to move us to a new room and they stuck to their story that they were sold out. However, on their website they clearly had open rooms, indicating they were not sold out.
The only reason they are getting one star is because Aaron at the front desk was very kind. It was very clear that they didn't have any control over whether maintainence came in or not, or whether they could make the decision to offer us a new room.

No hot water - told by desk clerk that the hotel was full and “it is what it is”. When I said that when one books a hotel room that a shower is expected. Her reply was “would you like me to check you out” as we were booked for a 2nd night and had 3 rooms. She never once apologized for the hotel’s lack of hot water or for her rudeness. Breakfast was repeatedly empty, even running out of plates (they sent staff to Meijer) at 9 am on a Sunday when breakfast was very busy. Found stink bug on my bed. Messed up our credit card split payment. A positive was 2 very pleasant staff working Sunday morning that were helpful!

Breakfast ehgs were watery sausage flavor less. No hot tub as advertised. Pool was cold. Bed spreads were in poor shape. Carpet was dinghy. Hard to find as the Hampton sign was not lit up. Bathroom was clean. Bed creaked every time you rolled over

We always stay at a Hampton Inn cause their beds abc pillows are usually awesome. Not here. Beds and pillows were terrible. In need of remolding

The overall property was good. The room we had was on the side facing the highway. You could really hear the traffic from the highway. Maybe if you were in a room on the other side, it would be better. The beds are not comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the property in the room was good.
