Beautifully updated property with elevated design features. Plenty of welcoming, smiling and friendly staff willing to help. Perfect location across from Forsyth Park (open space and playground). Easy street parking if not using the valet and there is an Old Town Trolley stop one street over. Charming, walkable area near shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our experience with the hotel. Our room was fantastic, beautiful interior aesthetic, loved the Nespresso machine in the room. Restaurant was very good as well. The staff were all helpful and kind. Forsyth Park is directly across the street which we took advantage of and it’s a good central location. We’ll stay here again on our next visit.

The Bardo is the French Rivera in Savannah. Great hotel and great staff.
Close enough to tourist downtown to walk, far enough to be outside of it.
Breakfast included is coffee and muffins/cake. Breakfast / Brunch is server at their restaurant / club at a cost.
The pool area / bar is perfect.

The decor is classy and beautiful! The bedding was super comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Forsyth Park. Road noise was not super noticeable. All staff members we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Free parking right around the corner from hotel entrance.

The hotel has a great location and friendly staff, making for a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast service in the restaurant could be improved, as it was rather slow.

Good Hotel comfortable room in a great area. Staff service was solid. Restaurant next door required reservations. I had to ibsist getting seated for brunch so arrange it.

酒店环境优美，但我们的体验远未达到其承诺的五星级奢华标准。入住期间，我们遭遇了一系列服务失误，酒店也完全没有提供任何客户支持。
从一开始，我们就没有享受到预订的贵宾升级服务，甚至连婴儿床都送不到房间，我们反复催促了好几次。就连夜床服务等基本设施也完全没有。
最令人失望的是酒店的无障碍设施。我们抵达时发现所有餐厅和酒吧都因举办私人婚礼而关闭，导致我们50美元的餐饮消费额度完全作废。酒店事先并未告知我们这一情况，更重要的是，他们没有为其他客人制定任何应急方案。当我们寻求其他选择时，却一无所获。酒店的餐厅（与婚礼无关）无法满足我们的需求。前台唯一的建议是客房送餐服务——对于带着幼儿的我们来说，这既不方便也不舒适。
酒店礼宾部本应提前准备好其他选择或预订信息。然而，我们却只能自求多福，最终不得不步行20分钟才找到一家餐厅。
如果酒店要包场，要么必须包下所有房间，要么必须为非活动参与者提供专门的、有配套服务的替代住宿方案。这家酒店本身很不错，但由于缺乏远见和糟糕的服务，最终只能算作三星级体验。
位置不错，酒店也不错，不过客房服务人员早上巡房时声音很大。之前发生过一次火警，也很烦人。不过总的来说，酒店不错，房间也不错，位置也很棒
很有意思的酒店，像一座城堡改建而成，里面还有博物馆和商店。价格有点贵，但物有所值。
