The front desk staff, checking in, was friendly and it went smoothly. The room had some minor cleanliness issues. The check-out staff, while not rude, was very "ho-hum" in personality. The biggest drawback is there is no breakfast option in the hotel for Tuesday and Wednesday mornings so you have to go out to get anything more than a granola bar.

We’ll be reviewing this with our team to ensure consistency from arrival to departure.Regarding breakfast, we understand how inconvenient it can be not to have that option on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Our onsite restaurant is an independent business, and unfortunately their hours of operation are outside of our control. 房间干净，就是不太亮
第二次住，上次很早离店所以未发现问题。该酒店上午从8点半开始打扫房间，问题来了：其他酒店会在打扫一个房间时先把房间门打开固定住，直到打扫完成。该酒店是把门上的那个门别打开，服务员进出一次，门就重重地砸在门别上，一个房间平均砸五六次，一层楼砸上百次，从8:30直到12点，差点没把我心脏病砸出来。住过的酒店千千万，这种操作在全世界没见过。服务员还会在打扫时随身携带一个收音机，大声地放着音乐，一边听一边砸着门，自己happy得很。原本定了两晚，结果住了一晚我就跑路了。
以前是holiday inn，现在单独分出来。
酒店非常独特，大堂里有艺术空间。房间铺着LVP地板，很喜欢。
