The cleanest of rooms but would like it everyday not every other. It is extra charge if you request everyday which is ridiculous ! Housekeeping staff extremely nice & did their job well.

这是一家非常棒的酒店。它离州际公路很近，所以自驾游的时候很容易找到。床很舒服，员工也很好！绝对推荐。
房间还不错，但清洁度不够。床底下没吸尘，而且我们第二天早上吃完早餐回来时，房门竟然是虚掩着的。
服务非常好。马桶堵了，马上就有人来修了。
早餐有个建议：多准备几台华夫饼机吧。排半个小时的队等华夫饼，还要看着一个厨房员工臭着脸，把早餐的东西摔来摔去地收拾，这可不是一个愉快的早晨。另外也给早餐团队一个建议：用餐期间多擦擦桌子吧。坐在一张堆满了三家人早餐残渣和糖浆的桌子上，感觉可不怎么好。
首先，从我们抵达的那一刻起，工作人员就非常热情友好，乐于助人。酒店和我们的房间都很干净整洁。话虽如此，酒店整体看起来有些老旧过时。地理位置不错，但房间和酒店设施都需要进行大规模的升级改造。我不确定是否会再次入住这家酒店，仅仅是因为房间设施陈旧。所有工作人员的服务都非常棒！

总的来说，这家 Springhill Suites 酒店还行。不算太差，也不算特别好。朝内的房间很安静，空间也很大。早餐是典型的 Springhill 式早餐。就算世界末日也能勉强维持，但吃起来不太过瘾。*还有，别迟到！负责早餐区的两名工作人员早上 9 点就把早餐区关闭并用绳索围了起来，9:01 就清理干净了。而且，他们的态度和外表都不太友好。
我花了不少钱订了这间房间，网上的评论说它很棒，但我完全没有那种感觉。接待人员态度很差，甚至都没人告诉我怎么去我的房间，或者房间在哪儿。二楼的房间味道难闻，我的房间更难闻，感觉更糟！他提供的折叠床只有弹簧，床单也很脏……真是的！除了离开，唯一的优点就是早餐！一点印象都没有！

我大約13歲的時候參加美西旅行團住過一次，各方面感覺都很好，25年後與同事來美國出差的私人旅行又回來住宿，依然感覺很好，與25年前一樣的感受，至今我以45歲，與家人在次旅行至此，一如繼往的保持良好的感受，感謝飯店的工作人員的努力與辛勞，讓我能如此一而再的選擇該飯店，謝謝。
