Hotel was nice and good value only 3 stars based off of construction that started once it’s completed I would give 5 stars staff was great

We stayed one night at this property. The room was nice, clean, and we were able to get a room close to the side entrance on the first floor—great location, as we were traveling with our two dogs. We recommend this hotel and would stay again. Cheers

We were impressed with the completeness of the facility for a residential stay. A full kitchen. A desk. A dining area. It also offered a very complete breakfast. We will stay there again should we be in Boise.

The reason we stayed her and paid extra was because the ac at the hotel we had booked was broken- and our last two nights at this hotel our ac did not work- that was very disappointing- stayed 5 nights.

This was my second stay this month at the residence inn. At both locations I explained that I was a lite sleeper and requested a room in a quiet location. At both locations I was given a terribly noisy room. The first room was adjacent to a huge AC unit and the second room faced the freeway. I currently have no interest in staying at your hotel ever again.

Oatmeal Needs Oversight
Everything great except the breakfast. FYI, if you run out of oatmeal 30 min before the end of breakfast - at least offer instant oatmeal packets. This might sound like whining - but for the gluten intolerant - it's one of the few things we can eat.
