酒店回复: Hello, yes you did not arrive for the first night of your reservation, so it was processed as a guest no show. Which means we only charge you for the first night and then cancel the reservation. We did not receive any notification that you were still arriving, or we could have kept the reservation. Very sorry for any inconvenience but this is standard procedure.

I liked the breakfast options and the staff was amazing. The only place I will stay while I am in Reno.

这家酒店特意宣传提供电动汽车充电服务。他们的网站上展示了一款老式的 Clipper Creek 2 级充电器(很可能是 Enphase 2 级充电器的前身),所以我打电话过去确认能不能给我的梅赛德斯 EQE 电动汽车充电。酒店向我保证有我的车用的适配器。
接电话的女士甚至把这作为一大卖点:“周围很少有酒店有电动汽车充电器!”
但当我到达酒店时,发现他们只有两个能用的充电器,而且整晚都被占用了(2 级充电速度慢,这是它的天性)。还有一个充电器,缺少 J1772 适配器……所以我没法充电。
当我向接待员要适配器时,她一直告诉我适配器在充电器里,尽管我多次告诉她没有。
如果整家酒店只有两个可用的充电器,你大概就不应该宣传电动汽车充电了……
奇怪的是,停车场一半以上的区域都是空的,所以显然有足够的空间安装更多充电器。
而且安装二级充电器也不贵。
技术难题不止于此,酒店还宣传提供免费WiFi,但WiFi只有Bonvoy会员才能使用……
通常情况下,这不会有太大影响,但我在酒店里手机信号几乎为零;我甚至收不到短信。
每晚200多美元,你应该有WiFi!!!

不得不多住一晚,所以第二天我还在酒店就打电话给前台,她态度很差。“你当时在四处搜索价格的时候,我们的房间已经满了。” 糟糕的客户服务
这家酒店在没有通知我的情况下取消了我为期一周的预订,经过两天的长途旅行,当我接近午夜时分抵达酒店时,前台人员告诉我,我的住宿已被取消,酒店已满员,所以我无法预订房间,不得不去其他地方寻找,我花了一段时间才在另一家酒店找到房间。
非常失望。
由于空调问题,我们提前退房,我和女儿都感到不舒服。前台工作人员(上午上班的女士)还是向我们收取了当晚的费用,尽管我们在上午 11 点之前退房,因为空调问题导致我们感到不舒服。我们住过许多万怡酒店,但以后再也不会住其他酒店了。
