The room was great. Very nice bathroom fixtures, nice big tvs, and comfortable furniture. Slept great and then had a great hot shower in the morning.

We love staying here on our way to California they always accommodate us when we are running late and we have late check ins they’re amazing rooms are always clean hotels always clean

The walls must be paper thin. My neighbor complained about the volume. Still complained after I turned it from 30 to 12. I said to get earplugs.
The best western in grants pass Oregon didn’t have this issue.

Room was great. Carpet where it should be and tile where it should be, and coffee, frig and micro. Very comfy bed and many pillows which were appreciated. Great view from upper floor. There was an odd noise that was never figured out. It was loud enough to be annoying, at many different times of day and night, and traveled "in the wall, about a 6ft. span". A vibration type noise. I specifically requested a tub for my cousin, which was in the room. However, there was no spout to fill the tub, so she was very disappointed. I forgot to check to see if there was any type of plug for the bathtub. Free hot breakfast was appreciated. Didn't realize there is a restaurant on property; we tried it twice. Won't go back. Pricey, limited menu. Other options close by. Traffic noise wasn't an issue because of the room orientation. I would stay here again.
