Accommodations were exceptional and front desk personnel was most cordial but was disappointed room cleaning was for a single day rather than for our 2-day stay. I also had to visit the front desk to pick up an additional bath towel for the second day since we were initially provided two towels each; one bath and one smaller serving as a face towel. Should have at least provided room service delivery.

The Hotel was clean the staff was accommodating, the breakfast was good I would like to see more options. The hotel is under construction we could hear the crew working outside at 8:00 am. The beds were clean. I have back pain the bed was very uncomfortable for me.

The room was large with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee and coffee pot. Very comfortable. We will stay again.

Great place to stay
There were renovations going on while we were there but you'd never know it. It was very quiet and very minimal disruption. The biggest inconvenience was one of the elevators was being repaired. This was by no means a big problem.
The room was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room was working properly.
The staff was very friendly. From checking to check out everyone was very nice. All had smiles and made us welcome.

The whole experience was horrible. We drive up to the property in horror with the roof being under construction. We were then charged a $250.00 incidental fee. There is nothing on the property for us to purchase except for a few items in a small room. That’s a lot of money. Our room had a new carpet but one of the side tables was barely connected to a wall. Water stains on the walls. The sheets were thread bare and the bed covering was old and extremely worn. The bathroom was extremely out dated. In the morning when we showered, there was a used face cloth hanging from the shower curtain rod, which completely disgusted me. The shampoo and condition were either empty or didn’t work at all. The shower handle fell off when I turned the shower off. I had to screw it back on. The freezer in the mini fridge needs to be defrosted. We could not wait to get out of the building. Not sure how people are giving this place such a high rating. I wouldn’t even give it a 1!

The facility is under renovation so given that it is fairly clean. One of The elevators is out of order but we are okay with the stairs. The beds and pillows are terrible though.

My reservation wasn't the correct bedding, it was supposed to be a king room, we got 2 queen. Also one of the elevators was broken and ice makers on 2 of the floors were broken.

We’ve stayed at better Hampton Inns. The room felt damp, wall paper beginning to peel and bed sheets so thin you could see through them. Bkfst was good.
