I will not return, my family was awaken at 3am by another room playing loud music, I called the front desk multiple times and they did nothing. I was forced to confront the other guests after more than an hour. There are more awful details to my experience, but I’ve already wasted enough of my time reviewing this dump.

This was the first time I found a hotel with see-through curtains, and it’s on the first floor! Don’t plan to stay there again.

Room was good size and spotless. Staff was outstanding. Everyone was very helpful and attentive.

i travel to Bedford, New Hampshire every 2 weeks and have been staying at the Hampton Inn along with other employees that travel. I am appalled that out of the 4 Floors with a total of max 10 cars in the lot that i'm housed next to a group of kids that were slamming doors and racing up and down the halls all night. i mentioned this to the front desk attendant at checkout this morning and was told i should've come down and they would e changed my room. at 2 am you want me to come down, father my stuff and switch rooms? i'm at a loss. how about just not putting guest all in one cluster

Staff outstanding…only suggestion is the tub really needs another grab bar so exiting the tub would be safer…the marble wall on the exit is :slippery when WET”—which was a bit concerning for both of us!

There has been construction for months and months with little to show for it. One elevator is still out of service. The other elevator is slow and shakes disconcertingly. The room was ok, but lacking in some basics. There was no luggage stand or place to put luggage where it could remain accessible other than on quite-high desks/counters. There were hand towels but no good place to put them (most hotels have a rod or rack).

Room did not have a sofa as advertised. Only one elevator was in operation. Breakfast was poor at best. Toilet seat was loose and crooked. However, the front desk and housekeeping was very friendly and efficient. Based on quality and amenities I would not recommend.

I didn't eat breakfast there. I do NOT like the idea that they have to make a copy of my driver's license. Not happy about them making a copy of my credit card. I am a FREQUENT visitor to this hotel. Price is always all over the place. Other places just as nice and not as expensive. It's nice, but not special.
