The staff was courteous and helpful. I didn’t use the pool or exercise room, but they looked very clean.

In town for an afternoon event and pleasantly surprised when we were able to check in at 1PM. Room is spacious with a nice layout, clean and nice bathroom. We're only here for one night; kind of wish we were staying longer!

The room was great. Spotless. The staff was wonderful. House keeping let us in when our key wouldn’t work. Apparently a dead door. Not sure what a dead door is but they Fixed it right away.

Good hotel, was tricked into the booking says breakfast included, but it wasn’t. Very expensive for the hotel offering nothing. But you can walk to many amazing restaurants

Everything about the rooms was clean and working properly.

Our sink drain wouldn’t open, so it took ages for water to go down. The A/C rattled very noisily. The pull-out desk was coated in sugar from the previous occupants, and wasn’t cleaned.
Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day, but they skipped the first day, so I carried trash and dirty towels down to the desk to get new linens. The second time, they still hadn’t come when I stopped back at the room, so I asked the desk to send someone. So the service was lackadaisical at best.
Nice gym, nice pool (though too small for laps). Right next to Monodnock Co-Op, which was convenient.

Overall, this hotel was fine for our 4 night stay. Very convenient location, price was right, staff was excellent. However, our room was tired -- poor lighting, no exhaust fan in bathroom. The room needs some updating.

The coffee counter was not open for convience late morning.
Counter clerk at check in had a bit of an attitude when i expressed my displeasure that the pool was out of service. She told me we can leave..
And after a bit of a pause let me know i wouldnt be refuvded tho of my $1,000 for 3 nights.
