Large construction project right in front of hotel, starting at 7 am. Jackhammer started then, nice to know ahead. Otherwise room and staff nice.

Moved to 3 rooms before found one where the heat was working. First room was extremely cold upon checkin and wouldn't warm up. Found out there was very cold outside air coming thru the windows that could not be readily fixed. Second room, the thermostat was not operational and it kept reverting back to air conditioning. Third room, okay. Recommend staff keep the HVAC in working and operational order and check rooms for issues prior to someone checking in.

The water in the tub & bathroom was brown. I was not comfortable taking a bath or shower. I was on a 10 day trip. Hampton Inn is usually my go to place to stay. My stay on the early part of the trip was great. This particular night was horrible. The desk was notified but not really interested in my comments. Stayed elsewhere the rest of my trip.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Heavy construction outside made for a loud, industrial vibe. Breakfast was fine pool was a plus.
