This was our first time staying at a Courtyard by Marriott. I selected excellent because our stay was much more than good. We chose to book a suit, so we could have a couch to sit on. The bed, bathroom and vanity, closet, refrigerator area was nicely set up. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch in the morning, between outings and in the evening before bed. Our only complaint is there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning. We were told Starbucks wouldn’t let the motel offer it once it was part of the Bristo. To us this is a big negative. The one cup coffee maker in the room really didn’t do it for us. Just so you know…not everyone likes Starbucks coffee and for this company to stop the motel from offering it is wrong in our opinion.

Convenient location, clean room, comfortable mattress, and good water pressure. Somewhat noisy, but that to be expected given the proximity to the major highway - not a problem with the earplugs.

The property is nice, convenient to the harbor area. Clean and comfortable. The air con was loud and tub had no non skid or horizontal hand rail. Otherwise very nice facilty.

All staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. The decor is modern looking , which is really nice. But—the room needs an upgrade—furniture was scuffed, a long extension cord was laying on the floor to a lamp, tub grout was not great and mold on grout behind sink. But the room was very clean
