Liz at the front desk was fantastic and went out of her way to make sure our stay was a good one. She got us into our room a little earlier than planned which was very much appreciated. She also was very pleasant and professional and made our stay even better.

So many weddings staff was patient, kind and thorough . Rooms were super clean and staff was on it.
Breakfast was good and hot. More staff needed with training on large crowds and timing. The woman who was serving us was fab. We loved her… but it was clear she would benefit from a couple more pairs of hands. Perhaps looking at it like it’s a really important of the property job! Good marketing if done just right!

This hotel is definitely run down. Our room smelled musty and mildewy, and there were signs of water damage. The bathroom had broken parts in the shower and the shower floor bowed and warped when stepped on.
We were given the wrong room number and keys. The pool was not open the day we arrived. Additionally, though both ******* and their site state free parking, we were told there was a $3/day parking fee at check out.
We have family in the area and will definitely choose somewhere else to stay next time.

Nice hotel
The staff was very welcoming & helped our family members have rooms close together. Our room was very clean & quiet. We loved the bed linens. We did not care for paying extra for breakfast. We have had breakfast buffets that were just as good.

Try to over charge you for every little thing including parking piss people off for 3 dollars

马桶灯破裂，把手在灯下面。我们冲水时割伤了手指。之后我们每次都把它抬起来。除非我们摇动把手，否则马桶一直在流水。水槽里的水压太大。周围的一切都湿透了。浴室水槽堵塞了，水流不下去。停车场没有照明。
强烈推荐这家酒店。房间干净宽敞。设施一流——热水浴缸和游泳池开放时间为早上 5 点至晚上 11 点！工作人员很友好，乐于助人，让我们在入住期间感到宾至如归。地理位置优越，价格合理，住宿质量一流。
无缘无故不退还杂费押金
住宿体验很好。经理非常好。我们把垃圾装进袋子，尽可能保持房间整洁。酒店从未退还 100 美元的杂费押金。没有解释原因。
