We found a roach. The place is super clean, so I’m not sure how it happened— maybe the guest before me.. but we left after two hours. The staff was super accommodating and nice. I just couldn’t be swayed to switch rooms.

This was my first and last stay at Candlewood Suites.
For three of the five days, there was no hot water. My sheets? Stained and disgusting. And to top it off, we never had a working room key—16 keys later, we still had to be let into our room every night.
The staff was a mixed bag. The woman working during most of our stay was indifferent, dismissive, and flat-out told me I was wrong—until she found out I wasn’t. No apology. No attempt to make it right. Just more attitude, like I was the problem.
On the flip side, the morning staff member was great—cheerful, asked if things had been fixed, and actually seemed to care. And the lady that was there the first and lat nights of our stay was very pleasant and tried to help.
Unfortunately, two helpful staff members don’t make up for a stay that is this frustrating. I won’t be back.

For a new hotel the flooring is not instslled correctly. Eveytime someone walks across the carpeted floor you can hear them. We were on the first floor .

电梯坏了。没有制冰机,只有冰箱自己制的冰,每天大概能产7块(制冰机??)。免费洗衣👏。后门总是堆满垃圾,因为没有电梯,我们一直都用后门。楼梯上的地毯很脏。房间很干净,但从未使用过任何服务,只能自己去拿毛巾和倒垃圾。考虑到我们付的钱,给2/5分。
经理Tammy值得称赞,她友好、礼貌、亲切。她对我患有自闭症的儿子也很好,他和她互动很愉快。这可不是一件容易的事。我们还会再来住的。
