The only negatives were the cleanliness of the room and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The room needed to be thoroughly wiped down. It was very dusty. The bathroom had hair on the shower and what looked like white powder on the bathroom door. The carpet had stains in the room. The location was good and staff were friendly. However, we would not stay here again.

We will never ever stay at this place and will never recommend this place. We should get a full refund and I plan to Blast all over social media how bad this place for the days we stayed at this hotel room was dirty they did nothing we ask for our room to be clean with beds made and fresh towels never did the bathroom was dirty the bed sheets where stain absolutely disgusting

Hull stay
Hilton Garden Inn is beautiful! The service has been impeccable, and the room is very nice and roomy, not to mention comfortable! We love the Hilton Garden Inn!

The beds were very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The indoor pool was freezing cold and did not circulate well which caused the water to be a bit murky. The area around the pool was dirty as well towels left everywhere dirt and outlet covers missing from plugs. The first room we were given the floors were so sticky we had to be moved to another room.

Only stayed one night. Nice room, has bar and good selection of things to eat and drink. Nice pool but no hot tub.

Okay Stay
The front desk clerk was rude at check in. There was no coffee made at check in. When I came back down an hour later coffee was still not ready.
The coffee creamer was empty in the lobby. There were flies everywhere at the coffee station.
The room was clean enough.
I would pick a different hotel if I were to go back to this area.
