The only negatives were the cleanliness of the room and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The room needed to be thoroughly wiped down. It was very dusty. The bathroom had hair on the shower and what looked like white powder on the bathroom door. The carpet had stains in the room. The location was good and staff were friendly. However, we would not stay here again.

We will never ever stay at this place and will never recommend this place. We should get a full refund and I plan to Blast all over social media how bad this place for the days we stayed at this hotel room was dirty they did nothing we ask for our room to be clean with beds made and fresh towels never did the bathroom was dirty the bed sheets where stain absolutely disgusting

Hilton Garden Inn is beautiful! The service has been impeccable, and the room is very nice and roomy, not to mention comfortable! We love the Hilton Garden Inn!

Only stayed one night. Nice room, has bar and good selection of things to eat and drink. Nice pool but no hot tub.

这家酒店的客户服务简直糟糕透顶。说员工不称职都算是轻描淡写了，根本无法形容他们的无能程度。不过，只要见见那位“总经理”，你就能明白这一切是怎么发生的。有那么一刻，我甚至环顾了一下大堂，心想是不是有人在拍电视节目。上午10点32分，我和妹妹抵达机场后就去了酒店。我们想把行李寄存在酒店，而不是拖着行李在伯明翰到处跑。前台接待员热情地接待了我们。我解释说我们刚下飞机，想寄存一下行李。我问她有没有空房，她说没有，但是我们可以中午12点再来，她可以帮我们提前入住。我道谢后，又问她能不能确认一下预订是否已经付款，因为我的信用卡在48小时前就已经被全额扣款了。她再次索要了我的驾照，并确认我的预订已全额付款，还车时只需支付25美元的押金即可。
床和枕头都非常不舒服。室内游泳池水温极低，而且循环系统不好，导致水质有些浑浊。游泳池周围也很脏，毛巾到处都是，插座盖也缺失。我们最初入住的房间地板黏糊糊的，不得不换到另一个房间。
一切都很棒。超级干净舒适。虽然没记住她的名字，但8月20日那天在吧台的那位女士非常友善！客户服务一流。
