Would Not Return
The hotel was under construction and it's not listed on your website. When I checked in I am a reward member and can get early check which I was on a hour and half early and the front desk representative was rude! My room was nasty and smelled like mildew, I had no bedding for my pull out sofa bed for my 7 year old so we pulled sheets off our bed to make it work. I started to just check out the same day and go home after concert but it was too late.
门厅是唯一值得称道的地方。其他地方都维护得很差。走廊、房间等等，遥控器都失灵了，电话也打不通，联系前台很困难。地板上有鞋印，浴室地板上还有个螺丝钉。我去洗手……水龙头开了好几口，流出来的都是脏水。我都没敢洗澡！不推荐！
员工很友善，早餐也不错。床很舒服。但是，这家酒店的状况很差。浴室里，洗手池的木质支架油漆剥落，浴缸也有污渍。走廊的墙壁和门都很脏，油漆也剥落了。早餐区的椅子破了，里面的填充物都露出来了。虽然有告示说酒店正在装修，但我并没有看到任何装修的迹象。
我不得不换房间，因为浴缸底部很脏。地毯上有好几处污渍，浴室里好几件东西上都有锈迹。最糟糕的是第二个浴室的通风口，又脏又黑。这已经不是我第一次遇到这种情况了。当然，这看起来似乎无关紧要。但对于一个做过质量审核的人来说，我能看到别人看不到的东西。床很硬，不过值得一提的是，经理Kitsie人很好。可惜我没机会跟她谈这些其他问题。考虑到它的便利性，我还会再次入住。我听说酒店正在装修，真心希望他们能换上更舒适、更舒服的床😊
这家酒店虽然老旧，但价格便宜。为了盖过浴缸水龙头滴水的声音，我不得不把浴室门关上，开着空调。看浴缸的样子，这水龙头至少已经漏水一年了。看来他们并不在意。
这家酒店急需翻新。墙壁和门上满是老旧、过时的污渍，油漆也剥落了。他们正在翻新，但或许五年前就应该这么做了。
需要大修和升级。地毯容易绊倒人，电梯需要维修，墙壁和装饰条脱落，房间不干净，装修也不新。
房间还不错，早餐也很好。
