The rooms were clean. The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was too soft and folded you inside the bed like a deflated blow up mattress. Breakfast was good. I was awakened from my sleep due to cigarette smoke coming from the room beside us.

Front desk staff was super friendly. Hotel overall was decent but room was dirty. Hairs all over the bathroom. One of the beds had definitely been used as the pillow was smashed into the headboard and and the other one had an imprint from a body. There was stains of some sort right on the edge of the sheets. It served its purpose as we got a little sleep on our long road trip but could definitely use some help in the housekeeping standards.

I was double charged and have not received compensation for over 6 weeks!!!!!!!! Not sure who is at fault besides anyone but the sweet innocent poor young man who was quite confused at my time of check in !!!! 0/10

Went to second room no remote, but TV works after we got a remote

The AC/Heat worked great. The room was very clean and the bed soft and comfortable.

asked for a room not located by the elevator and I was put in a room by the highway....road noise kept me awake most of the night. I have tried to add a pic and I get an error message indicating the "Photo invalid or exceeds size limit". Mold in bathroom around the bath fixtures really need attention.

Jessica, at the front desk, allowed me to check in early. I have mobility issues, so I was in room 339 very quiet and very clean.
