The room was very dirty. Hair and stains everywhere. Dirty kitchen. Room was not cleaned. The hotel needs lots of attention. The pictures online are not consistent with its current condition.

The room was okay. The tv never connected so I stayed up and looking at the ceiling all night. The breakfast was also ok the pancake machine didn’t work. Staff was good

I booked a two room suite online, when I arrived they put me in someone else’s room. A tiny single queen room. Had to go back to the desk to get things sorted. Finally got into my suite only to hear interstate traffic all night long. Not a place to stay if you want sleep.

The room smelled very strongly of animal pee and there was a weird smell around the building that came in the vents at night, I also think someone was smoking in their room which the hotel has no control over of course. But other than that everything was great! We really enjoyed the space for the price, I’d stay here again if I knew it wasn’t going to smell like pee.

我们再次跟Jennifer反映情况,她又给我们换了第三个房间,这次干净多了,我们终于可以睡个好觉了,毕竟那天我们开了14个小时的车。
显然,那天酒店的清洁人员没有尽职尽责。
我选择Sonesta是因为听朋友说这家连锁酒店很棒。我自己以后不会再住Sonesta了,我会选择以前住过的连锁酒店。
