I booked a two room suite online, when I arrived they put me in someone else’s room. A tiny single queen room. Had to go back to the desk to get things sorted. Finally got into my suite only to hear interstate traffic all night long. Not a place to stay if you want sleep.

第二个房间看起来很干净,但展开沙发床后,我们却大吃一惊。床单上有污渍,还塞着一块脏兮兮的毛巾。掀开磨损严重的床垫,我们发现里面脏得一塌糊涂。
我们再次跟Jennifer反映情况,她又给我们换了第三个房间,这次干净多了,我们终于可以睡个好觉了,毕竟那天我们开了14个小时的车。
显然,那天酒店的清洁人员没有尽职尽责。
我选择Sonesta是因为听朋友说这家连锁酒店很棒。我自己以后不会再住Sonesta了,我会选择以前住过的连锁酒店。
我们一进房间就闻到一股烟味,感觉像是有人在里面抽了好几年烟似的。厕所脏得要命!根本没人打扫,厕所臭气熏天。连卫生纸都没有。简直糟透了。我根本睡不着。我再也不会来这家酒店了。
这是我住过的最糟糕的酒店。电话坏了,我跟前台反映过,但两天过去了都没人管。冰箱发出刺耳的噪音,吵得我半夜不得不爬起来五次,用力关门才能止住噪音。楼上房间的噪音从早到晚都让我受不了。以后绝对不会再住这家酒店了。
毁了我们的结婚纪念日。泳池完全关闭进行维护,直到7月4日抵达酒店才被告知。我们带着六岁的女儿,她因为不能游泳而伤心欲绝。这导致我们不得不花一整天时间寻找适合全家人的免费游泳场所,也因此无法参观任何历史遗迹——而这正是我们选择阿拉巴马州伯明翰的原因。我预订了一间无障碍客房,因为我妻子无法安全地进出浴缸。房间里唯一“无障碍”的地方就是可以按按钮自动开门。尽管入住期间发生了这么多糟糕的事情,酒店仍然拒绝延迟退房。这个地方简直是一场噩梦——强烈不推荐!
这是一家性价比超高的住宿。房间里的厨房非常受欢迎。工作人员非常友好。我们入住期间泳池水泵坏了,而且没有维修。因此我们无法使用泳池。此外,户外烧烤炉也因为太脏、效率低下而无法使用。
房间很大,厨房设施齐全,非常适合3位成人入住,地理位置优越,距离沃尔玛和罗斯超市1.5公里。
服务员卡桑德拉非常细心周到,乐于助人。
