The property was clean. The hotel needed another elevator. It was challenging maneuvering the layout of hotel. Needs renovation to rooms.
Having a balcony was nice. Nice neighborhood.
Toilet would not flush. They needed extra staff for room cleaning and custodial work.
One worker did not seem well physically, he was short of breath and sweating.

Perfect location (near hospital). Lots of shopping and eating establishments nearby as well as a very nice and quiet area.

I absolutely love this hotel. My children live in the neighborhood behind it so it is very convenient. They also allow me to bring my kids swimming and to use anything on the property on my behalf even though they are not actual guests.
I also liked this hotel for the easy access outside the glass door, now they have screwed the doors shut to where they only open around 4-6 inches. Honestly that’s one of the main reason I go there. If the doors are going to be screwed shut to where I can’t access my balcony I’m not sure if I will be back. Kinda of a deal breaker!

酒店回复: Thank you for your response. The sliding glass doors facing the parking lot do have additional, certain safety features installed. You can always request a higher floor or book a courtyard facing room to suit your balcony/patio access needs!

First Time to Homewood AL
There is renovation going on, but overall it was a clean and comforable stay. We felt safe on the property and the town is a great place to visit. This is the first time we have been to Homewood and would recommend it.

For having the television with the police called me as a criminal
