Motel 6 might be cleaner. Not sure if housekeeping is short staffed or what but there was hair stuck to the wall and in the sheets still. Bathroom tub is nasty, toilet had hair along with poop residue on the caulking, and bath soap is empty. This brand is usually nice but this place is nasty.

I will say I don't advice anyone to stay here. Please look for another hotel. I ended up going to a whole Nother hotel. I was greeted and treated like someone I needed a hotel instead ass like one of the homeless people sleeping at the tables the front entrance.

One of the grossest rooms I've stayed in, stains everywhere, broken phone, and our dishwasher doesn't work. We have four nights left and I can not wait to get to my bed at home

Very clean room. Staff was professional & incredibly sweet. Southern hospitality is alive and well with this staff. Property is older, but not a big issue. Market could use a few more Products. overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

The mattress is so fluffy and soft. I wish I had one at my home. The staff were extra friendly and very helpful. The rooms were beautiful and spacious enough for a single/couple could live there. Complimentary breakfast was more than just muffins and juice. Will definitely return. Deondre Thomas and his staff did a great job. Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel while attending the child abuse symposium in Huntsville. My director and I shared a room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, consistently displaying a positive attitude. The breakfast offerings were of excellent quality, and I appreciated the additional coffee options. Although there was no extra bedding for the sofa bed initially, the staff promptly provided it upon request. The hotel was well-maintained both inside and out. Should I have the opportunity to return to Huntsville, I would choose to stay at the Residence Inn again!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Checkin was relatively easy though the front desk associate was less than confident when I asked for a complimentary upgrade per my Marriot elite status. The staff rarely speak or acknowledge you other than house keeping and the breakfast attendants. The accommodation were mediocre and dated, in unit kitchen supplies were minimal, 1 skillet, a spatula, a pot. gym accommodates are sparse and weights have been stolen, a couple of treadmills and a cable machine. As my time with my family continued it just kept getting worse with two days left I’ll be glad to go, roaches in the hall, ants in the kitchen, moldy tiles and smell in the hallways. It’s apparent that management does not walk the facility to understand what needs repairs or ways to improve guest experience.

I am a Titanium Elite member and have stayed at Marriott brands including Residence Inns all over the US and this was one of the worst based on the following: 1) They have a serious towel shortage here and I've never run into that before. We were having family visit and asked for 4 additional towels and that was a major ask for them. They could not give me 4 but could give me 3 but I had to turn in my used ones at the front desk before. I have never run into this before and was shocked to be honest. How much do towels cost anyway? Is it more than a 3 night stay? 2) Mobile check in doesn't work but the only way you know is that you never get a key and manual check-in at the desk took almost 15 minutes. They never acknowledged my elite status which is a standard greeting at all other Marriotts. 3) Wifi was horrible and took forever to connect or never did. 4) I got coffee on the 1st morning and it was lukewarm and awful. To be fair, their breakfast was ok but this hotel is not worth paying for the Marriott premium.
