The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Room was nice, spacious, clean. (There was a pair of men's boxer shorts on the floor of the closet.) Oversight on someone's part when room was cleaned. Other than that it was great. I would definitely stay there again.

I selected a premium room, at a higher rate, got here and got put in a small room. When we got here, we had to wait over 40 minutes for a cart and then it had flat tires. And after settling in, we had roaches in the bathroom. Worst embassy suites i've ever been to. Smells strongly of perfume and not cleaner. No good.

We had a wonderful stay for ourJW assembly everyone was so pleasant and nice , the waitress at the grill and bar they called her pigtails I believe she was one of the best so sweet , and the bartender was awesome ,the breakfast was awesome
