Check in was quick and flawless-receptionist was so friendly & welcoming. The hotel is gorgeous-Christmas decorations were beautiful. Room was spacious & super clean.

Very disappointed for a top hotel, no trash bags in the trash cans, fitted sheet on the bed was the wrong size, too small, no QR code or menu in the room to order from the restaurants and what’s up with only one microwave per floor in the ice machine room

The room was nice and clean but there was no breakfast. That was the only complaint considering the rooms are a little pricey. Other than that great stay, friendly staff and clean room!

The front of house really seems to try to provide guests with good service but the back of house, mainly my experience with obtaining food on the property was very disappointing. I have stayed here for 3 nights , so far, and have been successful in getting food from the in room dining option one time. I don’t care how great everything else is if I am consistently hangry! The past two nights I called to order and was informed that the kitchen decided to close early because they “weren’t busy enough “. Call me crazy but a sure fire way to get more business is to keep

We had to wait for Rooms, the clerk said check in is available at 4:00 we had to wait about an hour to get a room.

Montgomery trip
When we first got there they put us in a room that smelt like smoke. We contacted the front desk and they moved us.
When we checked out I asked if we had any charges. The lady said just the parking deck. She told me to use my room key to get out. But she had already taken my keys. She gave me my keys back but they wouldn’t work to get out of the parking deck. I don’t think they should charge for this ahead of time. They should have just let me use my credit card when I exited the parking deck.

Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is expensive but good. We would stay there again
