We had to wait for Rooms, the clerk said check in is available at 4:00 we had to wait about an hour to get a room.

Montgomery trip
When we first got there they put us in a room that smelt like smoke. We contacted the front desk and they moved us.
When we checked out I asked if we had any charges. The lady said just the parking deck. She told me to use my room key to get out. But she had already taken my keys. She gave me my keys back but they wouldn’t work to get out of the parking deck. I don’t think they should charge for this ahead of time. They should have just let me use my credit card when I exited the parking deck.

Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is expensive but good. We would stay there again

When you go outside, there’s a chain of food places right outside. Great photo eat and you have options

I had an outstanding overnight stay at this hotel right in downtown Montgomery. I have a block away from the historic Union Station attached to the convention center. The room was large, modern, super clean, and the shower and other amenities were excellent. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Absolutely I recommend this hotel!
