This has to be the absolute worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. The carpet was filthy, and the entire room reeked of mildew. It was so unbearable that I had to go out and purchase Lysol just to make it livable for one night. As a Platinum Elite member, I requested a simple bottle of water—something that has always been provided at other Marriott properties. The clerk not only told me they don’t give out water, but then followed up by saying they didn’t have any anyway. Either way, I was left without water, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk clerk was glued to her cell phone during check-in. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by simply asking to be checked in. That level of customer service is appalling. This property does not meet Marriott’s standards and frankly should be stripped of the Marriott name. I have plenty of pictures to prove how filthy the room was, and I will be sharing them. Travelers beware—stay anywhere else but here.

Went to my room after checking in the maintenance person was in my room, first said needed to take a pee. Then he realized that was not a good answer and said he was doing some general maintenance. He was clearly caught off guard. Later that day someone else had key to my room and unlocked the door. That person left and said they would resolve the problem with the front desk. Additional, bed is not overly comfortable and the facility is old and needs updated. I would not recommend this hotel.

From the moment I walked into the lobby I knew I stepped back and down instead of stepping up and forward. The hallway carpets are dirty, the wall in bedroom needs painting and the bath tup needs to be replaced. The hotel is in sad shape. I will not be back.

There’s 4 of us in my family, and we checked in online, and still had to wait 17 mins to get 1 key card. We got in the room and there’s only 3 bath towels- we go up to the front desk and they’re out (yet they assured us they would send us extra up… it’s been a few hours now). The sink water is low water pressure and only hot. The bathroom floor is slick because there’s no fan or vent, and so the ceiling and toilet seat are peeling. When we first walked in there was a wet washcloth hanging on a hanger that none of us had used. Overall very gross, inefficient, and inconvenient.

This has to be the worst Marriott property in existence. The room was not what I expect from a Courtyard. It was very old and dingy, the curtains were falling down and there was a sizeable hole in the bathroom door (probably 3" in diameter). The worst part for me was that I booked the Queen suite and I called 2 hours before arrival to confirm as my family and I were arriving late. When we got there we were told they did not have a room for us. They then told us they could possibly get us a double queen room which they said still had a pull-out couch - it did not. I asked for a discount on the room to which the gentleman behind the counter laughed rather loudly. I then asked that I at least only get charged the lower room rate to which he said, "yeah, that's not gonna happen." Marriott really needs to shut this place down or at least get their name off of the building. This place is equivalent to a Motel 6 or possibly a Super 8.

Our 4 day stay went from bad to worse. Phone did not work. Deferred maintenance throughout the entire building. The poor staff people are friendly despite being over worked and under paid. I could ho on and on about this terrible experience but what’s the point. Management does not care about customers or staff. As long as people will pay $16 for a burger or $6 for a meager cookie the neglect will continue

Worst Marriott experience in 24 years of being a Marriott customer. I’m a Platinum Life Elite Marriott member and I’m beyond unimpressed with this Courtyard. When I arrived with a confirmed reservation, I was told the hotel was sold out and they would try to find me a room. After waiting, I finally received a room that still had used face towels in the room hanging on the bathroom door. In addition, there was hair all over the toilet. The hotel told me that there was nothing that they could do. A housekeeper was going to come in later to clean rooms. Totally not acceptable, they refused to transfer me to another Marriott. I highly recommend not choosing this Marriott.
非常干净整洁,性价比很高,是休息的好地方。
非常安静和干净
前台服务很差
