The smell of mold was overpowering. Our daughter’s room had dirty, wet sheets. Never staying here again.

The carpet traffic lanes within the hotel are horrible. It should not take Marriott much to hire a steam cleaner to come in and do a deep clean of the carpets. I frequent Marriott hotels and this one was indeed the worst I have seen in many years. Please get the carpets cleaned soon.

I was shocked this was a Marriott property. The carpet in the room just felt damp and slimy and there was a horrible musty, and hopefully not mold, sent in the room. Air conditioner vents had black on them. Who knows what it was.

They did not have my reservation.Clerk did not have any idea what to do.Bad!!
